Business organisations are separate from the individual(s) who set up the business. Whilst this is true, it is important the business reflects the owner’s personal ethos and has a strong identity that employees and customers can identify with. Business identity with a strong leaning towards ethics plays an important role in positive stakeholders’ perception of the business and ultimately determines its success or otherwise.
