On March 14, 2024, the Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics and the Be Happy Foundation conducted a Social Impact Outreach at Jem Royal School in Sangotedo, Lagos, with the goal of motivating pupils through the “Be Inspired Seminar.” CKCRLE develops leaders with a strong sense of duty and ethics and a strong spirit of service to the community.
The Be Happy Foundation is concerned with training and managing individuals (professionals, employees, students, etc.) to encounter and rediscover happiness through positive thoughts and determination.
The sessions by Mrs Rose Ogbechie, the founder of “Be Happy Foundation” on “Happiness” Chinedu Okoro – the Manager for CKCRLE on Setting and Achieving Goals, Christiana Ogoko on “Personal Effectiveness were among the highlights. Happiness was described as an optimistic mental condition that draws optimistic people. Setting goals was highlighted as essential to success, and personal effectiveness was defined as making the most of one’s own strengths.
The occasion inspired pupils to pursue their objectives with confidence and competence. Books were given out by Rev. Father George the founder of a foundation that caters for deportees in different countries to very active attendees.
